Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation for accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory data in digital platforms with 99.9% precision
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and manage warehouse organization standards
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
