Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS platforms with zero discrepancies
- Coordinate cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances weekly
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update tracking databases
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage layouts
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- RF scanner and barcode system expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
