Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials across 3 warehouse zones
- Generate real-time inventory reports for management review and strategic planning
- Coordinate with procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control measures
- Train junior staff on inventory procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
