Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define the technical vision and architectural standards for the company's 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Architect complex, distributed systems capable of handling high-volume data streams and AI-driven computations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Technology Stack Management: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready databases, Edge Computing) into existing workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Risk Mitigation: Implement rigorous security protocols and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard proprietary data.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in System Design, Microservices, and Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Big Data processing, and Generative AI integration.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive project delivery under tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
