In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and deployment of next-generation generative AI systems, autonomous agents, and synthetic data platforms. You will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning breakthroughs and scalable production-grade infrastructure.
Why Join Us?
- Work on cutting-edge projects that will shape the industry standard for 2026 and beyond.
- Competitive compensation package with equity options.
- Flexible remote-first culture with a hub in the heart of San Francisco.
If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Artificial Intelligence, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical deployment of AI models in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system architecture.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI/ML products at scale.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
