Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise integration and autonomous agents.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to drive the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize AI infrastructure for high-throughput, low-latency environments using cutting-edge cloud technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains ahead of the industry curve.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
