Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the technical vision and strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design and implement complex distributed systems and machine learning pipelines that handle petabytes of data with zero latency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements (LLMs, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning) and evaluate their applicability to our product roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Standards: Enforce high coding standards and best practices across the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Proficiency in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and make high-impact architectural decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
