We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect to design the foundational frameworks that will define the landscape of human-machine interaction by the year 2026.

Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring seamless integration of AI and quantum computing layers.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, making critical architectural decisions that impact long-term product viability.
- Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI governance frameworks to protect user data and system integrity.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the team.
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features that drive competitive advantage and market leadership.
- Conduct code reviews, system audits, and performance optimization to ensure deployment stability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and large-scale data processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
