Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and maintain the core infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- System Optimization: Lead the optimization of large-scale distributed systems and neural network training pipelines.
- Tech Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our existing ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Develop rapid prototypes to validate architectural hypotheses before full-scale deployment.
- Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict data privacy and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of Machine Learning infrastructure and model deployment strategies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
