Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the core architecture and technical strategy for the 2026 Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and distributed systems to handle high-volume data transactions.
- Technical Oversight: Code reviews, architectural reviews, and mentorship of senior engineers and developers.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the 2026 infrastructure and implement high-performance solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure adherence to global data privacy regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- 2026 Knowledge: Familiarity with 2026 architectural patterns and decentralized system design principles.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
