Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of the core 2026 platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Define and implement the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, security) to drive product innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, specifically regarding emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 standard.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in high-level programming languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and modernization projects.
