- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists in developing proprietary algorithms.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing readiness, decentralized ledgers).

- Collaborate with product management to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or machine learning infrastructure.
