- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Oversee research into next-generation neural networks and machine learning algorithms, translating theoretical breakthroughs into practical applications.
- System Integration: Spearhead the integration of complex AI models with cloud infrastructure and IoT ecosystems to create seamless user experiences.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
