- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive market opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching products generating $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
- Exceptional financial modeling and venture capital negotiation skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
