Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the technology roadmap specifically targeting innovations and standards expected by 2026.
- Architecture Design: Lead the architectural transition to next-gen systems, integrating AI-driven decision-making into core business processes.
- Trend Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AGI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and assess their applicability to our ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to align technical vision with business goals.
- Implementation Oversight: Guide the execution of pilot programs for future technologies, ensuring scalability and security.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Management.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts; familiarity with blockchain and Web3 is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to identify disruptive technologies and define 3-5 year strategic initiatives.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation from concept to deployment.
- Adaptability: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the agility to navigate rapidly changing tech landscapes.
