Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts/pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
- Support quality control initiatives through proper material handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 6+ months warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
