Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect, sort, and package products according to quality standards and shipping requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and minimize downtime
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support receiving and shipping processes including documentation and verification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate various material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
