Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification) for inventory movement
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- RF scanner or WMS experience highly valued
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
