Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain real-time stock records in WMS systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail with ability to read shipping labels and tickets
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
