Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect, sort, and organize incoming/outgoing inventory with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and barcode scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows and meet deadlines
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent workplace incidents
- Support cycle counting and physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and verifying order completeness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Proficiency with inventory management software and barcode scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and documentation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
