Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse
- Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement efficient inventory tracking systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
