Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory with RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
