Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Prepare shipments for distribution, including packing, labeling, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
