Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the facility
- Accurately inventory and organize stock in designated warehouse zones
- Pack and prepare shipments according to specifications and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials to prevent discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
