Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform basic preventative maintenance
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
