Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning, labeling, and documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas to optimize warehouse space and accessibility
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work in varying temperature conditions
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
