Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming freight to verify accuracy and condition.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for domestic and international shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in cycle counts and stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid forklift certification (we provide training if you have a clean driving record).
