Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery with proper labeling and packaging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
