Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain precise inventory records through RF scanning systems and cycle counts
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment with certification and proper training
- Support shipping/receiving processes and order fulfillment accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
