Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other provided equipment to move materials
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment for optimal performance
- Manage inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Valid driver's license preferred
