Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and package materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and proper PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows and meet production targets
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
