Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Accurately scan, count, and inventory goods using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and according to protocols
- Complete daily documentation with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Support inventory control initiatives and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS/RMS experience
