Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Honolulu facility
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
