Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Accurately manage inventory counts and documentation in our WMS system
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow
- Operate warehouse machinery with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
