Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload trailers with temperature-controlled products
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Sanitize equipment and workspaces per food safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
