Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution processes in our New York facility
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) with precision and safety compliance
- Coordinate with remote team members for real-time inventory updates and order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate digital records using our proprietary logistics management system
- Implement lean warehouse practices to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and improve processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operation certification required
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills for remote collaboration via digital platforms
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience working in a hybrid/remote logistics environment a plus
