Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS and conduct regular cycle counts
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Support shipping/receiving processes and order fulfillment operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
