Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Organize materials in designated storage zones for optimal accessibility
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipping deadlines
- Operate warehouse technology including WMS systems and RF scanners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including potential weekend shifts
