Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Perform inventory counts, verify shipments, and maintain accurate documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Organize and optimize storage areas for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
