Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and organize raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) with precision and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and meet deadlines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional overtime
