Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain organized inventory levels and stock rotation protocols
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse setting
- Valid state ID (required for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our Northwest Houston facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
