Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow during peak seasons
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations and order verification
- Proficiency with RF scanners or willingness to learn technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
