Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management system updates
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and sorting systems
- Support receiving and shipping processes to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification required (certification assistance available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
