Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and data entry in WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental material transfers to maintain production schedules
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments per ISO standards
- Maintain 5S compliance in assigned work zones
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize material flow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error inventory standards
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
