Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Accurately scan and track inventory using our WMS system to maintain real-time data accuracy
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies against packing lists
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and reduce handling time
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required (training available for certified candidates)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
