Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and data entry
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to management
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for optimal space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and shipping schedules
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Clean background check and drug screen required
