- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
- Prepare and organize outgoing orders for delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Valid forklift certification (if not provided, training may be available).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
