Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Utilize inventory management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking and documentation
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
