Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Maintain organized inventory storage and retrieval systems
- Prepare materials for production/assembly with precision
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform routine warehouse cleanliness and equipment checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Steady work history and reliability
- Preferable experience with WMS software
