Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain detailed records in WMS systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Operate automated material handling systems (conveyors, AS/RS) when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
